Memoir writing ...

I belong to a Wednesday Woman's Writing group. Five women who meet weekly to write to prompts and read their memoir. They are invaluable in that they point out what's working in my memoir and what isn't. Today they told me once again to simplify. That there were so many characters that it was confusing. I will do that.

If you can, join or create a writing group. It is fresh eyes on your work and the weekly prompts keep you writing.
